“We had ants in the kitchen. Contacted front desk twice, both times they said they would look into it and they never got back to me. The facility does not come with any linens, towels, etc. We were flying in from out of province and never received this notice until after we purchased a non-refundable stay. “We liked the room but the toilet was too low and I fell when I went to sit down. There was no refrigerator in the room but we could order one at a cost. The restaurant, IHop was only open from 7am to 2pm...check-in was at four so no restaurant available until the next morning. It was a great location, walking distance to falls and to casino.
