Hotel vicino a Port Recovery - Baltimora

“Rooms were pretty musty upon entering. Desk staff was noticeably standoffish. Rooms were nowhere near as cozy as pictured. ”

“Lots of parking available, breakfast was always fresh, good coffee and a pretty nice pantry.”

“I normally dont give bad reviews. This location can use some upgrades. I stayed here 10 years ago when i was participating in a job training for 6 weeks. I was impressed and enjoyed ever week. But now i stayed 1 DAY and indoor swimming pool was white. I didnt let my kids get in. The room had an bad odor like an old apartment. ”

“This hotel needs a dramatic remodel. Cracked tile and worn carpet were evident throughout. While the handicapped bathroom was easy for a wheelchair to maneuver, the sink was very small and the plumbing leaked in the shower.”

“Room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was a bit lacking. If you did not get down there very early it was quite picked over. Maybe a refresh? ”

“The property was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was fresh. The pool was a great hangout place with the kids. My family enjoyed themselves and I was happy to relax. ”

“the elevator was out and they gave me two rooms on the sixth floor. This is after waiting in the lobby for over an hour while the staff ignored everyone waiting to check in. they told me the elevator has been out for over a week and they don't expect it will be fixed soon.”

“Wgen i made thr reaervation I called the hotel and they assured me the pool would be in operation during my stay. Upon arrival with two children that we eager to swim, the staff informed me that the pool was not yet open for the season. We were very disappointed and had to quicly find another alternative with a working pool.”

“we were very dissapointed that the pool was under construction and therefore closed. We chose this hotel specifically for the pool as we were traveling with kids and they enjoy swimming. I wish we wouldve known about it before and therefore am writing it in the review so others will know to call before to ask. Otherwise the rooms were clean and updated.”

“Hotel lobby and room were clean, well-decorated. I enjoyed the heated pool and the breakfast was delicious with several options: eggs, waffles, sausage, hash browns, grits, cereal and breads. Great location, easy to get to Inner Harbor. Nearby Wawa is great for drinks, snacks and gas. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. ”
