Tabor Cottage is a comfortable and cozy, detached one bedroom house with a private,fenced patio. We are located in SE Portland’s South Tabor neighborhood close to Mt. Tabor Park. It's a 15 minute car ride to the airport or downtown Portland and only a 4-7 minute drive to Montavilla, Division St and Hawthorne Blvd restaurants, bars and shopping. Street parking is easy, always on the block, often next to property.
The space
The fully detached Mt. Tabor Cottage is quietly tucked in the back of the lot shared by the main house and is surrounded by trees. Built in 2017, on the main floor, there is a separate bedroom with attached bathroom and a living room including a full kitchen and high, vaulted ceilings. The bedroom includes a queen-sized memory foam mattress. Please note that the bathroom is only accessed through the bedroom. The patio leading to the cottage entrance is fenced for added privacy. This small, 400 square foot cottage is ideal for a couple or single guest, but is not suitable for children aged 2-12 years. Note: the ladder and loft area is not available to guests.
Guest access
On the day before check-in, guests will receive a code for the lock box that stores the key to the cottage. Guests are free to arrive any time after 4:00 PM.

Guests have private access to the main floor of the cottage: kitchen/living area, bedroom, bathroom, laundry and outdoor patio. The ladder and loft area are used for owners' storage.
