“Really beautiful, extremely clean, completely modernized. Lovely bathroom, soft fluffy towels, and really sweet staff, all of them-apart from the women working the SPA desk the day we checked in. Really awful attitude. I asked if they had any availability for any treatments and she was just rude. I get it they were pretty booked up but she couldn’t even be bothered to look at me to answer. She put a real damper on the whole stay. ”

“The hotel was under a major renovation and it was not made aware when making the reservation. The restaurant is operating minimally and its the only restaurant for miles. The staff did their best to take care of guests considering everything that was going on. Had I known that this MAJOR renovation was happening, I would not have booked the property or paid what I paid!!! ”

“Booked through Expedia but they never sent the code to the customer entry door. Had to call Hotel staff while on transit to get that information. Staff immediately emailed the info. Hotel is in a very centric location near restaurants and grocery stores. Hotel was comfortable and clean…. Was surprised that even had a kitchenette! The only downfall is that it has “very steep” stairs to the 2nd and 3rd floors and it was very hard to get that heavy luggage up the stairs. I would not recommend for...

“Room was weirdly large with no closet, just a small bar mounted on the wall but no hangers. Only a single bar of soap was provided between the shower and sink. No hand towels, just a couple small bath towels.”
