“This retreat is an absolute paradise and oasis that makes the stresses of day to day life melt away! It felt both meditative and romantic. It is easily my favorite hotel I have ever stayed. I wish we had stayed longer. Every part of it was clean and in great condition. The staff were warm and welcoming. You can tell that every detail has been designed with much thought and care. The setting is gorgeous. You are surrounded by mountains, fresh air, waterfalls, and the sounds of birds and frogs....

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was spotless and well maintained, and the rooms were both comfortable and inviting. The staff provided exceptional service, always attentive and professional. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, a great experience that exceeded our expectations.”

“Really only had one issue. The room we had was the closest to the karaoke pit and it was super loud until 10pm. You couldn't even make a phone call in the room. Staff did move us to a different room at the other end of the complex and it was fine over there. Just something to ask about when you book the room in case you need it to be a bit quiet for business/personal calls, watching TV, or whatever. Other than that it's a fun place to hang out. Beautiful views, great activities, etc.”

“PROS: The neighborhood is safe with police patrolling the area all night. Great restaurants nearby. Parking is directly behind the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is nice. CONS: The actual hotel does not have a security guard. People not staying in the hotel come in and out as they please. No cameras in the hallways or stairways. Only in the lobby. The hotel was established in 1859, so I'm sure they try they're best to upkeep the facility the best they can. The elevator...

“Good Location. Street Parking. Building conditions needs maintainance . Needs to improve A LOT cleanliness. Found the bathroom with hairs all over and had to clean myself it was very disgusting. All the noises from outside can be clearly heard. Only for one night to get through it.”
