“We stayed for a world cup match and had a great experience. Hotel had lots of world cup themed decor and even recieved us with a soccer goodie bag with snacks. Everything was clean, breakfast was good, eggs, some sort of protein, and waffles, and runs until 10pm during weekends which was helpful.We had a great time!”

“Nos hospedamos con mi novio en el hotel viajamos por el mundial, tuvimos una buena estadia, la recepcion fue bueno solo tuvimos inconvenientes para registrarnos por el idioma ya el personal solo hablaba en ingles pero nos pudimos entender. La habitacion estaba limpia y con todas las comodidades. El desayuno completo y variado. El hotel tiene un aspecto antiguo pero me parece lindo como se conserva y esta bien cuidado.”

“Location convenient to restaurants and quick access to highways to get all over the metro. Staff very friendly. Breakfast below average compared to other brands, but adequate. Some longstanding design issues with all Springhill Suites, like the glass bathroom door, no real divider between sleeping and sitting area, and you can't see the tv from The couch. Hopefully they will fix those inconveniences in future renos.”

“I enjoyed my stay and found the hotel clean and of good quality. However, it was the most expensive hotel of my road trip and, unlike all my other stays—even those costing half as much—it did not include breakfast. Complimentary breakfast would greatly improve the value and overall guest experience.”

“Most time when you book a room, you get minimal supplies. We got nothing. Not even a coffee maker. We had to go out and buy basic supplies to stay there. Definitely bring your kitchen utensils.”

“Room is big and nice, shower almost no water ridiculous. Breakfast more or less like nothing, junk industrial food every day the same.. Manager in charge rude and not ready to provide any Customer Service.. For sure better options around..”
