“They tried to charge more than $50 for the incidental charge. Mouse poop in the bathroom. Hot breakfast was ok. The sausage was soaked in grease. There was a door to the outside that was left ajar. Supposedly”

“The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. This was our second time to stay at this property. ”

“The staff did not tell us the truth when we got there, there was no shuttle, poor breakfast, no bed covers except thin sheets and it was not comfortable. The whole surrounding was smelling cigarrette. All the first floor rooms are for people with pets, and I did not know that since I just had surgery. It was a painful experience.”

“I am incredibly disappointed with my stay here. I did not feel safe inside of this property by any means. The door which was supposed to require a key card to enter opened for anyone and there were multiple people outside the property yelling random things and trying to solicit hotel guests. I was worried the whole time that my car was going to be broken into. Further, the hotel room itself was old, had bugs, was out of conditioner, and the door wasn't sealed. We were kept up all night by guests...

“Clean rooms and great pricing”

“We had to leave at 6:30 and didn’t get a chance to eat the breakfast we paid for. Room was clean. Air conditioner was loud and room was a bit outdated, but it was a clean room with friendly staff for a very brief stay.”

“We had no hot water throughout our whole stay.”

“It is what you pay for. However, we requested on Thursday that we needed to stay until Monday. He told us to just come down Saturday and add more days. However when we did that we were told our room was already taken and had to move to another room which was not a double, it was one king and we had to pay the additional. Poor customer service we tried to reserve and pay early and then what we were told was not honored. Most likely will not stay here again because of this.”

“Parking is bad. People with not disability parking in the those spaces. If you pay on the day you book your stay. They charge yo u supposedly $100 for early pay and should refund you, but they don't. Rooms were clean but the bathrooms needed alot of upgrading ”

“Cheap”

“No fridge or microwave. The room was not ready after our check in. We were surprised when we opened the door to see the room a mess. The receptionists are not friendly. Made me think that they don’t like their job.”

“We were charged a $10 fee for incidentals after being told by front desk staff that there were no charges. I will be disputing this on my credit card.”
