“Exceptional rooms, view, and staff. If you’re looking to stay out of the fray of downtown, this is the place for you. I highly recommend getting a lakeside room with a balcony.”

“My sisters and I did a girls trip to Lake Geneva and stay here in the 2 bedroom governors suite. The view from the balcony was beautiful! The 2 beds were very comfortable. The only downside was the pull out couch mattress which was just horrible. One of my sister's slept on it and didn't sleep at all. The mattress was sinking down with hard bumps and there no where you could sleep comfortably. Everything else in the room was great. A nice size fridge and a sink. All in all I would stay there...

“The staff were nice and helpful and the room and building were very clean and in great shape. The bed was comfortable. The view from our room was lovely. I’m rating the stay as only an ok because I didn’t feel like this was a $450 per night experience. The room was nothing special aside from the view. We could not sit on the balcony at night because the light goes on automatically, attracting hundreds of mosquitoes and moths. We couldn’t find a way to shut it off. “Is is improving. I am staying in a nicer grade of room. The location is better than an other hotel I tried on the far side of the lake. Heavy trash around the hotel was cleaned up. Internet slightly improved. They do need to use diffrent channels on the WI fi broadcasts. Right now they are all in a center channel and are competing against each other. I would stay there again.”

“First of all, I didn't pay for the Hot tub, but according to the picture you (or who ever) gave me, I paid for jacuzzi... For that price, I should get it, but no 👎 ... Condition of the facilities = himid and stale smell in the room, on the towels...etc, etc, ... Never again ”
