“On arrival, the front desk staff were kind and attentive to our needs. We booked two rooms and received two different room sizes. It wasn’t really an issue, but it was confusing. The complimentary breakfast had many options. My kids appreciated the ‘make your own waffles’ bar. The gym was spacious and all the equipment was functioning. The pool was clean. “The breakfast was excellent. Do yourself a favor and add it at the time of purchase esp if there are 2 of you, you will literally save more than half the price than if u paid at the hotel. The shower is second to none for me! Wow! Best one in any hotel I have stayed. Staff is great and rooms are nice ”

“Parking was terrible, had to park around the building in the back of the hotel. Tons of people sitting outside smoking and drinking on the property. The blow dryer wasn’t working in the room: Wasn’t offered another room the maintenance person came to the room an repaired the blow dryer in the room while we were in the room for almost an hour which made me feel very uncomfortable.Then the lights went out from about 3am to 7am!!!! No apologies nor accommodations nor even an explanation! Doors...

“My family and I checked in around 6pm and left around 8:45pm. There were stains on the covers, carpet, and chairs; furniture was not cleaned (I.e., the eating table); a chair was broken; and there were a swarm of ants after dropping a fry on the carpet. We thought we could stay until check out the next day, but decided to leave. The staff were friendly and accommodating. ”
