Hotel a New Lenox

“Friendly staff, easy and safe parking, location was good. Hotel room had cracked sink and walls chipping. Bed cover had stain on it. Clean mattresses though. Overall quiet. Included breakfast. Easy check in and check out. ”

“Not at all what the pictures show. The whole place is decrepit and falling apart. Another guest was walking their dog and did not clean up after it.”

“Hotel was better the previous time we stayed there. This time … under renovation, intermittent WiFi, breakfast was ok on Saturday and Tuesday but not Sunday or Monday. ”

“I booked this particular hotel because they advertised a pool only to find out it was closed for repairs. I also had to have a lightbulb replaced, found loose tiles near the 2nd floor elevator, and found the continental breakfast to be lacking.”

“The front desk guy that’s there all the time is such a great person he made sure our check in and out went perfectly smooth and he was very polite the entire week we were there! He didn’t let us being sheriffs on vacation be known and I appreciate that! I been to hotels before and it was nothing like this one it was clean peaceful and relaxing! Thanks guys!!”

“Plaxe sucks. No microwave no fridge. Room was nasty. Ask to have it cleaned and they said staff off. We cleaned it ourselves. Ants in the room. Was a quick cheep stop for downtown Chicago. Should have stayed in the Laqunti or Hilton next door. My bad was to pick a place with my 3 and 9 year old. Wifes allergies are acting up.for dogs. Now in Niagara Falls and she sick.for the room. Dont go here unless your looking for a cheep place to stay. Buyer beware....”

“Easy parking...Breakfast terrible ”

“Housekeeping lady on her call out in the hallway super loud on speaker phone at 7:00 am .very disturbing woke up several rooms we all came out to tell her to please keep it down. Then at 10:00 hotel fire alarm went off for about 15 non stop .. all very disturbing for a hotel stay to try rest .”

“Everything was amazing! We have not one complaint! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Late check out was so wonderful! ”

“Despite being a smoke free hotel we were horror the strong smell of cigarette smoke the second we entered the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful but the room has a lot of wear and tear and really needs to be renovated. ”
