Hotel a New Lenox

“I liked everything about the hotel!”

“Clean property. Great breakfast available.”

“Stayed here for travel baseball. Most of the team stayed here. Large lobby area to accommodate "team dinner". "Big kid" entertainment just up the road.”

“The woman at the reception was very surly, and even though I told her my English was limited, she acted in a tense manner.”

“We requested what ingredients were on the seasoned potatoes because the husband is allergic to peppers and he has been able to eat them at any other restaurant but had an allergic reaction and they couldn’t provide that information.”

“Better stay elsewhere. Entered room/ definitely not vacuumed well large dust and pumpkin seed visible on the ground. Went to use the gym and a police officer is in the foyer. Worst of all someone opened our room door at 7:30 am- I awoke from my sleep screaming. Later I saw the cleaning lady outside- she looked at me and turned away to avoid me. I went to her and asked if she opened our door. She said yes; she knocked but we didn’t answer and we should have put the sign. But come on- it’s...

“The place was great except I booked it for the pool but it was out of order should have been told that upon booking I wouldn't have booked there if I had of known.”

“The breakfast was good and the rooms seemed to be pretty clean. Unfortunately, even though we had to sign a paper against use of vapes or pot, the first floor reaked of it. Thankfully, we were on the 2nd floor or I would have not stayed the night. Both times I went to the front desk (check in and check out) I had to call out for someone to come up from their chair/TV around the corner. Overall a decent stay for what we paid. Nothing special.”

“Needs more maintenance”

“Friendly staff and clean room. Even though I slept well, the mattresses desperately need updating as they were a bit hard and dented in in the middle. Other than that, the shower worked well, the tv had plenty of channels and it was easy access to my room. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot speak to that.”

“The room was dirty they left us 0 wash clothes, 2 towels, there was pubic hair on the shower wall, door jams rusted out, the shower head was dirty, we had 1 bar of soap, no shampoo, no conditioner, sheets were stained, the floors were unswept and coming apart, the ceiling had stains and cracks, and the fire alarm went off at 11 pm with no inconvenience discount”

“I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! There were no lights in the parking lot. It was dark and sketchy, and some of the hallways also lacked lighting—clearly, security did not appear to be a priority. Upon entering the rooms, we could immediately see stains on the floors and bedding of several beds. As a result, we began contacting nearby hotels right away, but unfortunately, all were fully booked for the weekend, so we ended up purchasing new bedding at Walmart. The bathroom, it's just as bad--looked like...
