“Friendly staff”

“My hotel stay was pleasant and enjoyable. Monique, Keisha, and the gentleman who works at night (I cannot recall his name), all went above and beyond for us. They provided great customer service and were genuinely kind! The only negative feedback I have to share is the noise in the morning. Housekeeping made a lot of noise outside of my room each morning, making it difficult to sleep in. Other than that, everything was great.”
