Questa bella casa sulla spiaggia è nascosto e la fine di un tranquillo metri cul-de-sac di distanza dalla spiaggia. La posizione finale per una vacanza in famiglia. 10 minuti di distanza da Margaret River e in posizione centrale all'interno della regione vinicola di Margaret River. A pochi passi dal 'rottura principale'

Too many basic things missing in the house No heating except a wood fire that wouldn’t work, that you had to search for the timber around side of houseNo hair dryerNo wi fi Very little in kitchen not even glad wrapOne if the beds was just a trundle underneath I booked because it said 6 beds ! Property was clean and spacious. The fire was the highlight, made the home feel warm and cosy. Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed as a group of four at various Stayz recommendations, this was far the most disappointing, we found it on the grotty side, and for what we paid, linen should have been included. Some bedrooms were in need of bedside tables of some structure. I’ll finish with a picky point being in the Margaret River wine region, it wouldn’t hurt to provide a decent if cheap collection of wine glasses. Also fly screens on all windows would keep insects out after all you shouldn’t have to supply your own bug spray.

As a group of 6 girlfriends wanting a getaway and beachside retreat we had a great time staying here. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the beach and cafes. The house had everything we needed and was quite clean and tidy.

We are a family of 8. The master bedroom was so huge that we could play games that required running there. The property also provided some boardgames. Location was fantastic. We walked the beach daily. Only 15 mins to Margaret River. Love the rooms with built in robes - so much space. Property was generally clean and the people provided little things that others missed...dishwashing liquid and tablets, extra bin bags.... The outdoor setting was tranquil, I could sit there with a drink and just read or sleep. Enjoyed the stay very much and would definitely want to be back.

The house needs a lot of updates very worn in areas. Kitchen very good. Didn’t like area as it was very isolated and dark as there’s no street lighting very expensive not worth the money to be honest manager was very responsive

Enjoy this quiet secluded holiday villa with easy access to the beach, surfing spots and cafe's. Short drive to all your holiday destinations in the south of WA with magnificent wineries, forest walks or underwater exploration at the end of the Busselton Jetty. Fabulous for a just the two of you or a couple of families.

Great location. But it needed some house maintenance; really needed window/door screens, a good clean and heavy gardening jobs. We had a big problem with a Dugite snake but hopefully it has been removed by a snake handler before causing any issues.

This is a perfect little getaway in a great location close to the beach and town. Plenty of wineries with in a shot distance. Secure location with perfect entertainment facilities

Beautiful property, exactly as shown in the pictures. Very clean, spacious and well equipped. The fireplace was great for the chilly evenings! Perfect place for our dog with enough outdoor space. The location is excellent. The hosts were very prompt at answering queries. We enjoyed our stay at Sea Esta and would definately go back!

Sea Esta lived up to it’s name! Right near the beach and in a beautiful part of Prevelly. Very comfortable house with a wood fire that adds to it’s charm. A huge yard which is perfect for the furry child. Highly recommend.
