“This property needs a serious makeover. The furniture is very old, with some moisture issues. I had to remove 2 dead roaches near the entry area. The carpet has not been cleaned in a long while and really needs to be replaced. My refrigerator is quite old with signs of mildew. As a former Federal Government Building Inspector, I would close this place down and do a remodel ASAP. It also still smells of cigarette smoke. “As a race fan, I enjoyed the proximity of the freeway and the raw power exerted from a bevy of V8 powered vehicles ground pounding the interstate outside my window through the wee hours of the morning - impressive!
