“Breakfast menu same as I’ve had for years, would love more variety. Also only 1 waffle iron for basically 2 large hotels, wait for a waffle too long. No towels at the pool in the morning. Someone should tell the clerk at the garden side a guest for the Homesuites can walk to the other lobby to register! ”

“Lacked organization, never received instructions to check in them sat on the phone for 15-20 minutes while they had to try to find the reservation which it sure felt like they were never going to. Lock box for key didn't work to return the key so had to run back up to the third floor just to put the key in the room since they had no other key drop off options. Another person I ran jnto there also had the same issues with checking in. "Hot" water was barely just warm enough for a shower. Room was...

Both Crystal who always works a front desk every time I'm there, and Alex the owner are both very nice and wonderful people”
