Fees for incidentals and tried to charge me even though nothing was wrong with the room. Vending machine didn’t work and the worker denied us water. Also the tubs were very dirty when we got there. There was only cold water available in the bathtub.”

“Our 6 day stay was Fair-. On 2 of the days, our room was not serviced until I went to the front desk. One of those times, it was subsequently done. The 2nd time, when we returned to our room, after a very long day out, the towels had been replaced but nothing more than that. The beds hadn't been made. Also, since we were staying for 6 days, we had a lot of clothing. I had to ask THREE times for a few extra hangers before we got any. Staff was friendly but didn't handle our requests in a timely...
