Prendi il sole con la privacy sulla terrazza panoramica e rinfrescati nella piscina di recente costruzione con la sua vista sulla cima degli alberi della giungla di mangrovie. Casa Perros Afortunados (casa dei cani fortunati) è una casa vacanza privata di 2.500 sf recentemente ristrutturata nel caratteristico villaggio di pescatori di Puerto Morelos, Q. R., in Messico, a soli 25 minuti dall'aeroporto di Cancun. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia o quattro minuti a piedi dai ristoranti e dai negozi intorno alla piazza della città. La casa dispone di tre camere da letto e tre bagni. Due delle camere sono identiche master suite al secondo piano, ognuna con letti king-size di alta qualità, bagni completi e ampi balconi. La cucina completamente attrezzata è grande con posti a sedere in penisola e comprende una stufa a gas a cinque fuochi con piastra. Il secondo piano dispone anche di una sala multimediale con una smart TV con servizio satellitare Dish, lettore DVD / VHS, un telefono VOIP per chiamate gratuite verso gli Stati Uniti o il Canada e nuovi comodi posti a sedere nel salone. La terza camera da letto, al piano principale, ha un letto king-size, ampie finestre, una TV con servizio satellitare e un bagno completo adiacente. Un patio coperto si affaccia sul giardino posteriore e comprende un tavolo da ping pong all'aperto. Goditi i tramonti sulla giungla dalla piscina o la nuova terrazza panoramica coperta con illuminazione marocchina e mobile bar. Guarda le onde che si infrangono sulla barriera corallina o gli uccelli della giungla sopra le mangrovie. Guarda il sole che sorge dal mare dei Caraibi o tramonta nella giungla. Splendida Casa Perros!✨

Casa Perros è una bellissima casa! Noi eravamo in 6 e c’era spazio in abbondanza per tutti! La camera da letto al piano terra non è grande ma i nostri figli ci sono stati benissimo! La cucina è bene attrezzata! Manca però la lavastoviglie 😬. Le 2 camere al primo piano sono veramente sono veramente spaziose, ben arredate, con tanto spazio negli armadi, ed entrambe con un grande balcone. La terrazza all’ultimo piano è super!!!! Magari sarebbe ora però di rifare il pavimento della terrazza perché è un po’ rovinato 😉 Nella via della casa ci sono un bel po’ di ristoranti, un fruttivendolo, una lavanderia ed un piccolo supermercato. Noi siamo stati molto contenti!😊 Anna

February Wedding Stay

This property worked perfectly for our family! Very clean, spacious and the hosts were so responsive. We really felt at home here. If we come back to the area, we will definitely try to rent here again!

Excellent Holiday Stay

My two adult daughters, their partners, and I stayed at this property for 11 nights over Christmas and New Year. The house was perfect for us and is as described and portrayed in the pictures. Puerto Morelos is very safe and walkable, and the house is well situated for the 5-10 minute walk to the great beach, local (excellent!) coffee shop, restaurants, or supermarket. Katherine was very responsive before and during our stay. Would stay here again.

Wonderful for family stays!

We brought both sets of our parents down with us for the first time and they had a wonderful time. The house was perfect in every way. Within walking distance to all our favorite things and plenty of local wildlife to engage with. I would highly recommend this place for anybody with a group size from 5 to 6 people.

Great house for a large group

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is perfect for a group of 6 and is in a great location. The beach, restaurants and shopping are all short walks. There is a fantastic breakfast place about 100 feet away and a little shop with snacks and drinks right across the street. The furniture is comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The dining table is large enough for everyone to dine together or play games, and the rooftop terrace is wonderful with covered seating, a bar and a small pool. The back courtyard is also pleasant and the ping pong table was a lot of fun. There are a lot of excellent restaurants on the next street over and a modern, well stocked grocery store a few blocks away.

Lovely Home

We had a wonderful time at this house with my two adult daughters and their significant others. I love the decor of this home. It was so nice to go to the beach club (unico) and then return home to this lovely place. The pool was a nice bonus. We felt comfortable contacting the owner for any concerns. I love the location. Just steps away from a nice bar/restaurant… and being across the street from the convenience store was very “convenient” :-)… the owners of the SIX(convenience store) were sweet people. Definitely recommend staying here. It was fun to get to know some of the local people.

This place is the best!

This large 3-bedroom home is walking distance to everything. The kitchen is large and well equipped, and there's a private plunge pool on the roof. But the best feature for us was having two huge king master suites since we were there with another adult couple. That's a very rare commodity for vacation rentals. And Russ, the owner/manager, is top notch! You won't find a better host to deal with, believe me. We highly recommend this property.

Great rental

The owner and property manager were very quick to respond. The location was great, walking distance to the beach and restaurants and quiet. The plunge pool was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again..

Loved the space! Great open concept on the main floor. Bedrooms are spacious. Terrace and small pool on the roof - very cool. And a ping pong table for some friendly competition, so fun!

Just up the street from the beach of Puerto Morelos this house stands as one of the nicest properties in the whole area. I researched for like a week before I picked it.. Nicest house in Puerto in my honest opinion. Am already booking for next year.

Fabulous property

Puerto Morelos is a quaint village. Excellent restaurants and beautiful beaches, all within walking distance. The house has everything you need, including a rooftop pool. This is one of my favorite properties.

7 Days in PM

This was our first time staying in Puerto Morelos. We have had day visits in the past. The location is ideal for walking around the entire town. The space for the seven adults was also perfect. Loved spending time on the roof top and playing ping pong.. The kitchen provided everything we needed to prepare meals. Lucio responded to all my messages within minutes as well as any requests we had. Russell the owner as well was very helpful with recommendations and was quick to reply even when on Safari!! We would definitely return again.

Great house, great location

House is very much as advertised. Two or three short blocks from the beach -- maybe a three-minute walk, tops. Beds are comfortable and AC units cool rooms quickly. Rooftop bar and pool catch a good breeze. We had a minor hiccup with the water shutting off, but Lucio came over quickly and fixed it within an hour. Lots of good restaurants are an easy walk. We rented a car, which we parked off street in the courtyard without incident, and which gave us easy access to restaurants on the colonia side of town, which were also very good and much cheaper. Puerto Morelos is a great place to visit, and the snorkeling in particular was awesome.

Puerto Morelos holiday

We stayed at this house for 9 days at the end of March and we all feel fortunate to have had the opportunity! The house was spacious and comfortable. It was beautifully finished with lots of gorgeous wood trim and whimsical decor. We would start our day with coffee and croissants from the Bellville bakery listening to all the birds on the back patio and end our afternoon having Happy hour and a dip in the pool on our rooftop patio. The location was good too. Quiet but close to good restaurants, the beach, and town square. Thanks Russ l hope we can return again soon!!!

Amazing House

We just returned from a month at this property and we miss it already. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. Lucio the manager was always so very helpful if we needed anything. Russ the property owner was prompt with all correspondence before and during our stay. The air conditioner in our bedroom wasn't working, it was replaced within a few days, very timely. The house is well equipped with everything you need. We loved it so much we've already rebooked.

AMAZING ANNIVERSARY!!!

I can not RAVE enough about this property!!! The grounds were beautiful, the property is beautiful, the neighbors are so friendly, the walk to beach, stores, shops and anything you can imagine is with in walking distance. Adorable property with plenty of space and amazing location!

Russ was super nice from the start, recommending transfer services and car rentals that we never would have found ourselves. The property was super clean and well furnished and the ac pumped COLD - it was perfect after walking the block or two to dinner (literally) and coming back. Amazing location. We spent most of our evenings on the roof but - beware - pack LOTS of bug spray. I should’ve used more and that’s my fault, but there are tons of mosquitoes because - well, you’re right next to the jungle. We enjoyed both Louis’ friendliness and recommendations and his wife who cleaned once while we were there. Seriously the only negatives I can come up with are - mosquitos (which will be everywhere) & there was only one tv in the middle sitting area on the second floor. We watch lots of tv when hungover - but it didn’t matter bc everything was in Spanish anyway. Great place and seemed much larger than in the pics! Will rent again!

Perfect getaway walking distance from the beach

Booked this for my birthday weekend and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The property was exactly as pictured but the location was even better! Short walk to the beach with amazing restaurants and lots of activities! We brought our own snorkeling gear and went off the beach and we did a tour of the reef as well (lighthouse tours) which was a short walk to the pier! The house had everything ! Full kitchen, beach towels, a pool and bar on the roof (lovely for morning coffee)! Very quiet area and we had friends who had never visited Mexico and it was a treat! So many people speak English so easy to get around if your not bilingual. 10/10 booking this house again !! Internet was spotty at times but hey, not there to be online anyways!

Best place in town

We had an absolutely wonderful time in this house. It was perfectly suited for our family of five adults. Plenty of space, supernice kitchen and living area. Extremely confy beds. Top terrace was a favorite spot for us all. This is definately the place to stay on the Riviera Maya if you want a place to feel like a home. Great location, close to beach and center.
