“Per il resort che è ... mi aspettavo molto meglio! Pochi camerieri educati, strafottenti il 95%. I capo sala dovrebbero vigilare sull operato dei camerieri, invece fanno pochissimo. La struttura è molto bella, ma il servizio ai tavoli non è 5 stelle! Mi dispiace ma non credo di tornare ! Playa fantastica ! ”

“The pool, beach and rooms are great. Food was better than another resort we went to. Our butler Esterling went out of his way to make out stay better (he made the reservations we needed and set up a birthday surprise for my husband, as well as checking in on us to see if we needed anything else). He made our trip better.”
