“This marks our seventh visit to Nizuc, and the experience was, as consistently, impeccable. We wish to commend Eduardo for the exceptional service he provided poolside throughout our six-day stay. Please pass my compliments to his manager. I am, however, a bit concerned over the thinning out and removal of vegetation I'm starting to see along the main path we use to walk to our hotel room. “All areas of the hotel were nice and clean. All employees were smiling and ready to help. The restaurants have a wide variety of dishes for every palate. Pool was clean and daily activities provide good entertainment for eveyone. Nightlife entertainment like bars and shows offered enjoyable ways to spend the evening. Overall experience was excellent, however my room had a noticeable dusty wall. I left a note for the housekeeper requesting it to be cleaned but rhe issue was not addressed during...

“The room was kept spotless. From the very beginning, the staff was absolutely amazing when our luggage was collected to the pool staff. Thomas, Reyes, Entertainment staff Esteban, Ariel, Ileana, All the restaurant and bar staff were amazing. Every staffer I passed had a smile and a greeting.
