“Breakfast was more to local taste and kind of same everyday until i requested reception to change something on last day. All in all place is ok and quite. The weather was pleasant too.”

“Not good at service. The room not prepare to be clean. Hotel room is look like motel. Check out is fast but check in is very slow must wait 3 hours to get a room .”

“This is managed by Maple Homes. The stay is still at Grand Ion Delemon hotel. Check in process however is not at Hotel Lobby. It is at the L3 carpark as Maple Homes do not have a physical reception desk. Hotel needs upkeep though. But overall, it is still a good stay.”

“All was good except the check in instructions had a bit of communication error. Tower 6 was not able to find at the main swimming pool deck. Collect of keys was disrupted and caused some delays. Wifi at tower 6 unit was not there, no access at all. After feedback, the admin arrange another room at tower 2 for the 2nd night. Which was much better than the 1st night. Thank you. Overall was a pleasant experience.”

“The place is so nice. Very cold and very homie. but its just that we didnt expect that they will put us in like a connecting room? luckily nobody checked in there during our stay. but overall its okay and nice place :)
shuttle service is sooo convenient every hour they have a service going to sky avenue and in a no hassle booking also.
the room is so spacious too. got dining and all stuffs. its like an airbnb already but were expecting a microwave hehehe but they dont have but its okay. no...

Because most of the major hotels and attractions are interconnected with undercover links and escalators, walking from one to another was relatively easy on such a steep location.”
