“The checkin process is chaotic at best. Staff was unresponsive which led to checking in taking at least a hour. The hotel is basic and again. The rest of resort is pretty awesome.”

The elevator and the room had a strong unpleasant odor, making the environment uncomfortable. After inspecting the room, we immediately informed the front desk that the room was unsatisfactory and decided not to stay. “Unit is dirty has cockroaches ”

“Comfortable, close to food and shops. Friendly staff. Parking was inexpensive and under the hotel, so out of the elements.”
