“Pleasant, newish hotel in Xining. All modern amenities. Unfortunately most of the staff spoke little or poor English leading to a couple of misunderstandings at times. Overal. Excellent stay”

“We enjoyed our stay at Wanda Realm. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was extremely helpful. When we were looking for a particular wine, the manager went out of his way to help us find the right one. The staff spoke English, which was also helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and cool (other hotels we visited in China were a bit on the warm side). Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would recommend it to our friends. ”

“The hotel manager CoCo was particularly helpful and provided excellent, above and beyond service to me. If you stay at this hotel, you should know that staff don't speak English, but CoCo the manager spoke excellent English which helped on several interactions. ”

“All of staff of this hotel were very kind and showed full of hospitality. I don't speak Chinese, thus I couldn't communicate with one of staff. However, the young guy prepared a translation app quickly and tried to understand each other through it. As a result, I could check-in thanks to him.
This accommodation is located almost in the center of Xining City. You can find many restaurants around here. It was very convenient there is a bus stop within several minutes' walk to go to the Kumbum...

“Elegant and beautiful with superb service! We had a beautiful view of the park, the room was superbly appointed with anything you could want and the service was impeccable. Just pick up the phone and a robot will bring you extra soap or coffee pods! And the in-person staff were always friendly and professional. Old school (but totally modern) and highly recommended.”
