“When we checked in at the hotel, the person at the front desk did not make us feel welcome. She had a bad attitude and showed no kindness or professional behavior. We stayed there just because we had to overnight in the area and there are no better hotels in the area, otherwuse we would have chosen another hotel.”

“We always have a great time there but just noticed how small the TV was, since it was the first time after many stays to actually use it. I suggest upgrading to a larger TV and adding a small microwave to the rooms. There is a fridge but no microwave to warm the food. The location and atmosphere of the property is unbeatable. Overall, it is our choice after trying multiple other hotels in Temecula wine country.”

“I came in with a group on business. They did not have adequate parking for my vehicle so the front desk employee instructed me to park along the red curb. In the morning, the manager started harassing me and threatened to tow my vehicle even though their employees said that it would be okay parking there. One of our rooms came with a complimentary glass crack pipe, and the other room had clothing in it still from a previous guest. Payed $600 for 2 double rooms, for 2 nights to get treated second...

“Restaurant was closed. We had silverfish in the room place is very dated but on a positive note it was clean not worth the high price to stay golf course wasn’t all that and $25 spectator. Writer fee is ridiculous especially what you spend in food and beverages.”

“Honestly I’ve stayed here plenty of times but this time the staff was rude the room wasn’t that clean and the tv didn’t work.. they blamed the room on me and I only stayed over night 5pm-8am so I I didn’t have much time to make a mess. The front desk in the morning was rude I was loyal to Menifee inn now would never stay there again”

“Clean and with good people. Servers in restaurant are focused on speed and hurry to the expense of guests feeling they are part of the conversation.”

“Room is old, no microwave as stated at booking. Hemet hotels are all overpriced not sure why.”

“Good parking but room was small and old with holes in sheets and lumpy bed. Also dried up cereal from previous guests on shelf. corners or floors dirty and caulking shabby”

“Property is clean and well kept. If you need help in room they come and solve the problem right away. Respectable family owned motel. Very quiet place every guest is to themselves they great each other and go to their rooms. There is a well kept pool available to use. This stay the weather was cold so didn’t use the pool.”
