“Staff helpful”

“First, I called for an early check-in before arriving,no one answered the phone. When I arrived at the hotel there was only one person at the front counter and he was on the phone, didn't even acknowledge me with a simple one moment or anything. I politely sat down and waited for him to finish his call. I was allowed to go-ahead an check-in. My room was subpar ( double beds) in every way. I most definitely will NOT return to this particular hotel. I wanted to try a different hotel in the area on...

“They charged us again even though we had already paid through expedia and acted like they had never heard of people paying through expedia. Then they refused to refund us even when i showed them the receipt, email confirmation, and the multiple charges on my online credit card statement. Before all of this though they said they didnt have the room that we had reserved because they give preferential treatment to people who make their reservation through their app..Totally horrible and the bed...

“Spacious room close to everything”

“Rooms were clean, neat, sanitary. Hotel had nothing else to offer. No breakfast-only coffee but was told no creamer. Desk shuts down overnight. Only 1 disposable cup for taking my meds.”

“Very clean with extremely polite and helpful staff. Only complaints are the bathroom door latch was broken and lights on one side of the bed did not work. However, we did not ask for these things to be repaired because they did not affect or stay. I’m sure they would have been addressed if we had reported them.”

“This was without a doubt, the dirtiest motel I have ever stayed at. I had to personally clean the floor of our room so my kids weren’t kissing filth all over their feet/clothes. When I asked for extra towels to do so, no one offered to come clean it for us or a different room and they were even hesitant about giving us additional towels. “We had issues checking in. The floor in the rooms were dirty. The pool was horrendous and my kids were so disappointed they could not swim. A group of people came in and had a party with loud voices, fighting and screaming from 2:30AM to 6:30AM. It scared us and fortunately our kids slept through it. I did not. I would avoid this motel at all costs! You have been warned.”
