“The hotel and room were immaculate and the staff was very friendly. In addition, the room was large and had everything I could want. I also used the gym which had everything I needed.”

“Refrigerator knob is broken. Plug refrigerator into wall outlet everything in the refrigerator freeze. I reported the issue to the front desk.”

“The front desk employee was behind a plexiglass shield which tells you what type of neighborhood the hotel is in. I will say this, if you are one of those who feel that they don't need to follow rules or play the "disrespected" game, this is not the hotel for you. Bare minimum is what this hotel has to offer. The room was as clean as it could be after people traipse through the room on a daily basis.”

“It was nice and clean and the staff were super nice and accommodating. When they saw it was just me and I originally booked a room with two twin beds, they offered to move me to a single queen room which was so nice”

“Room was clean, area was quiet. Good stay for a quick in and out trip for my son’s lax tournament. Close to dining options.”

“Our room was a clean roof over our heads. But you look out the window or come through the front door and the trash cans are running over. Not a good look.”

“My wife and I booked this hotel back in February for the Oddities event. However, had we known what the property was like beforehand, we definitely would have chosen elsewhere. Upon arrival, the first room that we were placed in has roaches. I did complain and we were moved to a different room. I no longer saw any bug issues but the room was filthy. There was dirt on the floor, forcing us to wear socks the entire time, and the walls were filthy. There were also holes in the blanket bed and our...

“The inside of the property was food but there were a lot of people that stayed there like living there and they were outside a lot and making noises.”

“The area and building is clean. The first room I entered had stains on the cushion sitting area. Switched rooms. The second had a long string ofhair on the towel and no telephone. The third final had hand prints on the wall. The hair dryer was disgusting. The shower curtain was on backwards. Scum was all on the tile behind the bathroom. A ball of dust was in the overhead light fixer furniture over the bed. It didn't smell clean. Never experienced that before and will never experience it again....

“The elevator was down daily and we had to walk four floors up the stairs. The staff was very professional and competent. The room was very clean and the exterior was appropriately maintained. Breakfast was of good quality.”
