“Hotel muy grande con muchos huéspedes, estratégicamente situado, muy cerca del aeropuerto con servicio de transporte gratuito. El conductor del servicio de transporte al aeropuerto fue extremadamente amable y experto, ¡le daría 10/10 solo a él! Estructura bastante anticuada, que necesitaría una renovación completa, especialmente los baños! Pero es una estructura acogedora y hay un personal amable y profesional. El desayuno está bien. Piscina exterior climatizada y gimnasio disponibles.”

“A beautiful boutique hotel and good value for money. Staff were friendly, the restaurant food was good, the rooms were clean and the "rain showers" were especially nice with great water pressure and nice bath products. A nice treat after a long flight to get there.”

“I stayed at four different hotels in Guatemala City and the Hyatt Centric was by far the best. The hotel is brand new. Rooms are decorated with a super modern design. The swimming pool in the rooftop was fantastic: I could swim seriously since, unlike in many other hotels, the pool was really long. Breakfast was excellent and the service was super good. I will definitely come back. ”
