“The hotel requires the room card be inserted into card reader to have access to the lighting and fixtures inside the room like lights, electrical outlets, etc. It can be helpful since this reminds you to take the card before you leave the room. Bedding was good and comfy. For the most part is clean. Found a few trash containers behind the nightstand from previous guest. The lock safe was out of battery power so locking valuables was a missed opportunity. Location was conveniently placed around...

“Struttura elegante e confortevole, bellissima la location . Il gradimento sarebbe stato più alto se l'accoglienza fosse stata all'altezza. Purtroppo non è stato così perchè alcuni membri del personale della reception erano decisamente scortesi e poco disponibili nei nostri confronti ( nemmeno rispondevano al saluto che comunque per educazione noi abbiamo sempre fatto ...). Ci dispiace perchè per tutto il resto abbiamo apprezzato la struttura. ”

“I was surprise at how quite and relaxing it was, with a location in the heart of a busy city. The bed was very comfotable. I loved how unique the setting was. I was in the city for one night and I enjoyed my stay, I totally forgot I was in NYC. I loved the acces to the transportation. Great location and atmosphere. ”
