“Excellent accommodations ”

“I stayed 4 nights in this hotel and it wasn’t anything like my experience in Nov when I also stayed there and had a great time. First of all my bedsheet had a blood stain and looked worn, I requested to have it changed but no response till I left. Then my toilet clogged and even though I reported it three times to the front desk, it took them almost 14 hours to come and fix it . I complained and requested to have my room changed but was told the hotel was full and I would be on a waitlist and...

“Room was clean. Location was convenient. Breakfast was ok. I was expecting a "Welcome" bottled water for guest, but I guess I expected too much.”

“When cleaning the rooms like most hotels, you should have your staff rinse off the air filters for your HVAC systems as part of cleaning the rooms, the walls in each hotel room should be wiped off at least once a week or minimum 2 times a month. The walls of the room where nasty. And with the new wood/vinyl flooring when you mop use clean water for each room a couple times a month. ”

“There is no oven. They do not provide pots/pans or any other kind of dishes and you have to purchase them. They do not provide breakfast. My aunt came to visit and was severely sick from a bad allergy attack which lets me know they do not deep clean their rugs or rooms on a daily basis (aunt is allergic to dogs).Pillows are uncomfortable and the blankets are really thin. I'm also claustrophobic so the window's not being be to open is a big NO for me.”

“You get what u pay for overcharched at 120 a night as cockroaches were plentiful. Avoid tjis place. The staff was awesome. Cockroaches galore”

“The first night A/C did not work, room temp was 76 in that room - I was moved to another room where the bathroom ceiling leak over night. It was fixed while I was out. Customer rep in front desks were nice and worked things out. Maintenance tech was effective and responsible. The hotel is aging - that’s undertandable. However they can do better is making sure rooms are ready for stay. The breakfast is the best part. The cooks doing omelets are gracious, friendly, and eggs are well cooked. the...

“TID fee per day was unexpected. Pool is small. Carpeting is old and musty smelling. Parking fee is outrageous. Bed was comfortable and a/c was good. No phones in the rooms to make requests. ”

“Stay was great but there was lack of transparency about parking charges and billing for room I had AARP that was not accommodated because of on line booking Impossible to find room rate prior to checkout”
