“Clean room. Staff seemed annoyed with early check-ins, even though we were only there about 12 minutes early and would have waited.”

“La scelta di un hotel a Vancouver presso Portland nasceva dalla volontà di trovarsi già più vicini ai luoghi da visitare ovvero le gole del fiume Columbia. Alla fine questa scelta ci ha obbligato a percorrere più volte la relazione tra Portland e Vancouver che è una delle più trafficate trovate in America. Il motel è risultato particolarmente rumoroso.”

“The room was dirty, the top blankets stained and the floor not swept or mopped. There was hair, old contact lenses, and dust on the floor. The beds were comfortable enough and there were some good restaurants close by. Definitely a freeway motel.”

“They put me in a ground floor room, that had no key card entry, just a code you typed into a keypad. There was no lock on the door. You could not secure the door from the inside. The "keypad lock" was held on to the door by electrical tape, and was very loose. The window to the room was rather larger, and had a large crack running down the entire thing, honestly was surprised it was still attached to the windowsill at all. There were pictures missing from the walls, the hangers were still there...

“Forget the kitchen. Worthless as there were no utensils. Either you bring your own everything or they sell you plates, etc. Microwave was located very low; like a few feet from the floor. Difficult to use. No dishwasher. Poor lighting; one dim lamp or very bright overhead lights. That's the choice. Bathroom was fine. Room was clean.”

“We moved to this hotel last minute because another one in the area had mold issues. There were a lot of things we appreciated about this hotel. The front desk lady was very friendly. We loved the hot coffee and lemon water in the lobby at all hours. The breakfast was delicious and liked the hours. My kids used tbe pool and enjoyed it. The location was great. We walked across the street to the mall one night.”

“Room was very nice with new amenities. We had a Mountain View room which puts you on the freeway side of the building. I was surprised by the amount of traffic noise in the room but it wasn’t bad enough to make me want to leave! The rest of the property was very nice and clean. Signage was a little confusing both coming in and leaving but we made it nevertheless. For the price I thought it was well worth it.”

“The room was awful!!! The bathroom did not look as if had actually been clean. Hair all over the floors, toilet shower. Tooth paste on sink, mirror was dirty, hair in the bed sheets. Asked for a refund on second night and was suppose to have communication later in the day, and owners did not reach out. Still have not had any communication or refund. So will be following up again!”
