Hotel a Ralph

“Standard al di sotto del brand “La Quinta”. Camera con alcuni componenti consumati e pulizia inesistente di alcune parti. Ho fatto presente queste cose alla reception: risultato…non e’ cambiato nulla. Colazione scarsa; normalmente si trovano sempre caffè’ acqua a disposizione in reception. Qui c’è una macchinetta del caffè mal funzionante, niente acqua, assenza di attenzioni al cliente. Non ci torno.”

“The hotel room that I stayed in was in need of updating. The smelled musty and the pillows and mattress also had other people’s head smell. This hotel is definitely not Hilton quality. I would not stay here again.”

“The breakfast was decent. I felt safe with parking. My room was ok except the top mattress seemed too large for the box spring mattress. It kept sliding. The microwave did not work.”

“Check in was fine but problems after that. We thought the room was fine and decided to go get something to eat. As we shut the door we check to make sure it was locked. The door would not lock and the staff told us to go eat and they would fix it. We said, absolutely not, who would go eat and leave an unlocked door to strangers. The door couldn’t get fixed and had no rooms available. We ask for a refund and supposedly we will get it back in a few days. Always check your door!! ”

“Great location for softball games. Breakfast was good, rooms were clean, staff was friendly. It’s not a 5-star resort so just make sure you have the right expectations.”

“No elevator on site; external doors non-functional; odor in hotel and room were horrific; bathroom was still dirty upon arrival; blood stain on comforter; ice machine non-functional and front desk staff had no knowledge or response to fix anything.”

“😒 they couldn’t find my reservation. I booked through Expedia and Expedia did everything they could to explain to the it was reserved and should be there, paid for. And he just kept saying nope I can’t find it. The first time I stayed with them the machine wouldnt support my bank card and the clerk swiped it again as if it would change and now I have pending charges that will not go away even tho my card was denied by them UGH! Frustrating Expedia got me booked with another hotel. I will not go...

“The room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was pretty simple, but adequate given the hotel price (eggs, sausage, muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt, 2 cereal choices, coffee & tea). We will stay here again when we visit our daughter at UA. ”

“Staff was rude and made it seem like they didn’t really wanna do anything … the room had a weird, smell . And you could tell it hadn't been maintenance”

“Good breakfast selection. Room clean but had no soap or body bath. There were no wash clothes. TV remote was gone and staff unable to find one that would work.”
