“We had a wonderful stay. the mosquitos on the patio in the back were horrible though. Also maybe better instructions given as a lady walked in to our room because she wasn’t sure where to go. (our fault for not having door locked) beautiful house”

“My experience, with the self checking kiosk , a parking pass was not given to me. My vehicle got towed, resulting in an early leave, so to some financial complications. I booked a hotel downtown in Houston, I ask them if a parking pass was required, and they replied No. Because your name is in the system if they run your plates. Something doesn’t seem right at LivAway in San Marcos”

“The hotel was clean, close to several stores and restaurants, and parking was easily accessible. I was looking forward to going to the pool, but it was out of order. We checked in at 5 pm, noticed that the AC was set on 65, but was not very cool. We set it at 62 (the lowest it would go) and left for dinner, hoping for the best. When we returned, the room was barely cool. I spoke to the person at the front desk to see if we could switch rooms, but since it was a holiday weekend, they were booked...

“Staff was nice. Some of the fixtures in the room were coming apart, off the wall or just needs to be refinished. Nothing that really matters just my two cents.”

“Air conditioning is very bad! The air conditioner is dirty, the air is very bad.”

“I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this motel. The room was filthy upon arrival. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and inside the bathtub. The couch was dirty, and the chair had white stains on it, which was very unsanitary and unacceptable. On top of that, the room had a terrible smell that made the stay very uncomfortable. The breakfast was also terrible and did not meet expectations at all. This experience was nothing like what I expected from a Wyndham-branded hotel....
