“I would not recommend staying at this property. While the facilities were clean and the front desk staff was friendly, we were charged again for our stay after paying in full through Expedia. I have attempted calling multiple times over the last week to get this issue resolved but each time I call I am told that the manager is not in and I will have to call again tomorrow. It’s been over a week and I cannot even speak to the manager to start the process of getting my refund back. ”

“Hotel Finlen is a gem of a property. Steeped in history it is like stepping back in time. Very friendly and helpful staff!”

“ This was a poir experience as a result of no heat in our rooms. 62 degrees inside is not acceptable. Called three times regarding this matter 3 times I was told the wife would bump up the heat. Never happened. The bed lacked a nice warm blanket in such a cold environment. The cheif on vacation and meal vouchers to a texmex restaurant which was fair.”

“Check in easy, staff friendly, rooms clean, beds comfortable, hot springs relaxing and clean. We chose to not to eat at restaurants and go in to Anaconda.”
