“The issue was mainly on the room. Dirty towels, left over soap from previous guest, & cockroach’s. With seeing a dirty restroom made us wonder if the bed was actually clean or simply made.”

“The property was clean. The rooms were clean. It would’ve been nice if the refrigerator had a freezer so that I could freeze my travel bags for my medication and they probably need to do a little more service on their pet area and supply bags.”
