“How stay good we had a room that suited six people and that did not include a spa we were hoping to be able to use one of the outdoor spas as it states that on the site (one of their main selling points) but they told us it was already booked out and we had to book prior but this was not communicated to us so that was a big let down considering we went to that specific motel because we wanted to utilize the spas (traveled from Waikato) but they told us to go across the road and we will get 50%...

“The suite was well equipped, bed was comfortable, view was good. Weather wasn't good enough to enable a dip in the pool. Wifi was terrible. I informed reception who were going to look into it but I heard nothing back. I tried on 2 devices I managed to connect with 1 for only 1 minute before it dropped out and I couldn't connect again.”

“Staff were friendly and helpful. Amenities (gym, spa, sauna, pool) were a fantastic bonus. Room was comfortable, warm and clean. Had most things we needed for a two day stay. Perfect for two adults for short term stay. Definitely would recommend and will return when next in Albany.”

“We stayed here as part of a larger group. Simon is fantastic with communication and accommodating to our needs. We were able to organise a buffet dinner for our large group which was delicious. The resort itself is a bit dated but suited our needs having family, couples and single rooms available with everyone having a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This was our second time staying as a large group.”

“Spacious room and good location near the beach and shops but the decor and amenities are all getting old. Whilst clean, the property is not maintained well. The TV screen wasn't working properly (unwatchable). Carpets were worn out in places. Scratches on the painted walls and doors Bed was lumpy. I could manage one night but probably not more on that bed.”

“Great rate for the room. Room was perfectly clean ect, amenities however. . . Shower wasnt working, it started and then effectively "ran out of water" it seems. I had arrived later evening, (about 8pm) got showen to my room. But couldn't find somone to address this. But as far as price for a clean room overnight, would recommend 100%”

“Lovely stay, kindly accommodated our earlier arrival (we were allowing extra time for possible road closures), very clean and compact, we had everything we needed. A couple of steps to watch (trip hazards), shower water turned hot when toilet flushed, and no full length mirror.”

“Excellent room, super clean and lots of ammenities like a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board etc. Very happy and will stay again.”
