“Room was a complete disaster. Had to kill a roach as soon as we entered, just so my daughter could go to the bathroom. Baseboards were falling apart, holes and dents in the walls, toilet was nasty, and the tub floor was dirty. AC wasn’t cold. Thank goodness it was for one night and that we were all exhausted.”

“There was a nice selection of items for the breakfast and the food was pretty good. Coffee is terrible. I ended up going to Panera every morning for coffee. Parking felt safe. The hotel is in a good location as far as right off the highway and near restaurants. The staff was excellent. There was no cleaning services the whole 3 days we were there. Not sure why. I wasn't too happy with the hotel's tv service. The tv in the fitness room did not work as far as being able to watch something. I...
