Hotel a Rayville

“Hotel in Richmond, Missouri, was nice and clean.Nice people.\nQuiet environment”

“Was not aware the pool was closed when we booked it.”

“Didn’t know the place was Haunted and had been on several TV shows due to the paranormal activity! Should have been disclosed during booking ”

“On a whole the place was clean however our comforters on both beds had stains and the tub had marks in it. Breakfast was delicious. Biggest downfall for me was the Asian mystic decor above doorways and on surfaces. Will probably not return. ”

“It was just a over night stay but we had dinner at the restaurant inside of the hotel. It was very good but way overpriced”

“Bedding felt like it had not been washed and there were cracker crumbs in the pull out bed very disappointing .. the man that checked us in was very nice and helpful ”

“Everything was great. My only complaint is that they don't clean your room daily so we ran out of towels and needed the trash taken out. Other than that my family and I loved it.”

“The staff were all very friendly and accommodating the room had really nice showers and soaps, but the pull out couch had stains, a rip, and was very uncomfortable to rest on. The room was all so very noisy cars and the mechanical room could be heard the whole night I hardly got rest.”

“Hotel needs updated! I callef Hilton reservations to make sure there was a sofa bed in the room. They confirmed there was. Surprise no spfs sleeper. Called front desk they said I should have booked a suite if i wanted a sofa sleeper. Then said there was nothing they could do. We had to search for another room somewhere and most places were full. Very disappointed in this place and breakfast far so, so, nothing to come back to.”
