“Love this hotel! Have stayed here a few times now. The king rooms are very spacious and the staff is exceptional, especially Carrie! Thanks for always taking exceptional care of me.”

“The cleanliness of the rooms could have been a bit better. There was some molding in the shower and mystery spots on the walls of the bathroom all the way to the ceiling. There was also a hole in the bathroom wall. The Mini fridge was filled with rust as well. The staff was great!”

“DO NOT STAY HERE…FILTHY I reserved 2 rooms and both were filthy! Stains on sheets, looked like cigarette holes on comforters. Bathroom toilet had hair on it, bathroom shower was nasty, bathroom door looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the place was built. We walked in and right back out. Did not stay here. “When we arrived we parked in front of the entrance to check-in and to unload luggage . A shuttle driver appeared behind our car blasting his horn. I asked him what was the problem ; he just blasted his van horn and drove away. The receptionist said “Move your car”. I replied we were checking in . “Pool NOT open! Room had liquor top from previous guests still in room! Breakfast consisted of bagels (ONLY ONE KIND TO CHOOSE FROM) and dry cereal. THATS IT FOR BREAKFAST!! Parking lot had TONS of potholes!! My husband asked if they needed them fixed and the front desk man looked at him and said NO! When we came back down they had patched the one hole at the entrance and left the remaining of the parking lot with holes!!! We stayed a total of 6 days!! “This hotel has roaches. Other than that great staff. Room was clean when I walked in however I woke up the next morning and roaches were everywhere. I checked out that day.”

“My husband and I never even got the chance to check in. The front desk employee was extremely rude when asked about the questionable cash only deposit that he demanded that we give. When I explained that I booked online through Expedia and that I can put a deposit on my credit card, he took out a list of guest names stating that it was a list of all of the people who gave the cash deposit and would get it back.
