“Absolutely wonderful experience! Beautiful hotel, everything was so clean and well-maintained. The staff was incredible, so friendly and accommodating, especially James. The area around the hotel is gorgeous and has so many stores, restaurants, and the BEST coffee shop! We will definitely be back. Also, we were able to bring both of our dogs and they were treated like royalty!”

“The room was clean and very comfortable. The property was maintained very well and there weren’t any complaints. The breakfast was nice and had some good fresh fruit and healthy options. The staff was very kind and polite. My only complaint was that room service opened the door to come clean later in the afternoon and didn’t knock first so that was akward. Hotel and area are nice overall”

“The cleanliness of the rooms could have been a bit better. There was some molding in the shower and mystery spots on the walls of the bathroom all the way to the ceiling. There was also a hole in the bathroom wall. The Mini fridge was filled with rust as well. The staff was great!”

“I will not repeat my stay there. Filthy, roach and mold in my room, key did not open the door, curtain torn in several places. Bed mattress so worn it sank. Many guests hanging out around the property. Loud music in the room next door. Some good: front desk staff friendly, a/c worked well, my car wasn’t broken into.”

“This hotel has roaches. Other than that great staff. Room was clean when I walked in however I woke up the next morning and roaches were everywhere. I checked out that day.”

“Room was organized but the towel and bedsheets were dirty. The room was smelly. The floor was extremely dirty, when you walk 5 min, you have to wash your feet.”
