Hotel vicino a Redoubt Park - Williamsburg

“Great place. Thanks to the Rockefellers for making it happen”

“Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious! This place is just a short walk to historic Williamsburg and all the shops.”

“Perfect location for a weekend in Williamsburg. Clean rooms, nice beds, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast.”

“Just”

“The rooms are very dirty with hairs everywhere and a lot of stains on the carpet. The breakfast is included in the price but... where is the breakfast? A coffee machine, some old donuts, cereals and nothing else is not breakfast. It should be better write: "breakfast is not included". Very bad experience, never again!! ”

“Love it”

“The facility and grounds are very nice. In our room the bathroom was in sad shape with wallpaper peeling, rusted door hinges, etc. Breakfast, bluntly, was the worst in over three weeks of travel. Egg was a flat slab barely able to cut with a knife. Sausages were so full of grease that I dried them with a paper napkin before eating. Bagels had to be toasted because they were soggy.”

“Beds and bathroom were clean. However the laminated floor needs to be mopped.”

“Nathan was amazing her really addressed our needs.”

“Great stay!”

“Convenient parking. Helpful staff. Lobby smelled like smoke and was unpleasant. Hallway on 2nd floor also smelled musty and smoky. Our 2nd floor room had sticky tile floors and carpet which was stained and not vacuumed. There was no breakfast available as had been noted on website (staff said that ended around Covid time). The toilet seat was broken and there were bugs in the bathroom. The cookware in the kitchen was less than adequate to prepare meals, and there was no dish soap with which...

“There was a cockroach in my room.”
