“Dude. For what I paid for place is solid. Staff was super nice room was clean but small however I really wasn’t in it. The ac in my room sucked. Probably just my room but still inconvenient considering I love ac. The jacuzzi (both) was probably 94-95 and the jets didn’t work. That was disappointing especially when it was getting cold. Other than those 2 somewhat minor issues everything else was awesome. Great staff. Clean. Amazing location. For the price it’s worth every penny.”

“The air conditioner in our room was extremely loud, so we had to turn it off to be able to sleep. However, the room became very cold in the middle of the night. Also, the breakfast was not as described in the listing. It was far from a continental breakfast and overall felt very basic and below expectations.”

“This is a good place to stay. the room was clean and functional. On the negative side, you have to bring bottled water. There is none in the room. Providing just two bottles of water would be welcome. Also, the TV was annoyingly small.”

“The good - Bed was comfortable and location in town is good, grounds are pretty. The bad - Carpet in our room was old and dirty, we didn’t feel comfortable walking on it barefoot. Decor is dated. Low end bathroom feels like you are in a cheap motel. Continental breakfast and coffee are not good, no effort to provide anything nice, can’t get a decent coffee. Overall this place is too pricey for what you get, It is located in a very nice neighborhood, and the website and pricing suggest it...

“Close enough to walk to the boardwalk and great restaurants nearby. Be mindful there are homeless in the city, especially across the bridge near the shops and restaurants.”
