“Room was cleanish but staff was very lazy and unhelpful. Room did not have bedsheets on the sofa bed mattress and there was an old t-shirt left on the mattress. When I called to ask for sheets, they asked me to come down to reception and get the sheets to put on the mattress myself. The room was booked for 5 adults and only came with 2 towels. When I requested 5 towels, we came back to a dirty room and dirty towels, with no extra towels. I went down to reception to get the extra towels and the...
