“My truck was broken in . I was parked in the first handicap parking to the door of the hotel . There’s security and cameras . So how could this have happened?”

“Better breakfast, need more items, there is only waffle and sugar syrup, need sugar free also.”

“It was a very nice hotel. It needs some updating, bedding, bathroom, etc. All in all very nice stay!”

“Staff was not knowledgeable of what amenities where in each room. How can a place call themselves a extended stay with kitchenette and only having 1 chair to sit in, especially when there is more than 1 person in the room. Groups of friends of the staff just hanging out in the office area. Fridge took 2 days to get cold enough to have barely cold water. ”

“We stayed for 5 days and booked 2 rooms for our stay. Unfortunately, for 3 of those days we had no hot water at all. That is completely unacceptable, especially for a multi-day stay where guests are paying for comfort and basic accommodations. To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the rooms was extremely disappointing. There was a noticeable stain on the loveseat, hair left in the shower around the soap and conditioner dispensers, and even fecal stains on the toilet upon arrival. These are...

“Hotel is aging, has seen a lot of use, housekeeping not so good, breakfast good, even numbered rooms are quieter as they don't face the noisy Costco loading dock with its early morning truck deliveries.”
