“Very new hotel but the cleaning of the rooms was not the best and the room was very noisy.”

“The worker the night I checked in was not really friendly. The advertised pictures on Expedia showed rooms with plank flooring however there was carpet in the room. The Expedia advertisement showed shower/bathtub combo however it was shower only (my little one doesn’t yet take showers). The breakfast was minimal and the entire juice machine and water machine was down. They had a couple of juice bottles on the counter but no water. “There was a little bit of a smell in the carpets and it looked like some mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. In room coffee maker didn’t work. Other than that, location was great, breakfast was great, employees friendly. The lady taking care of breakfast area did a wonderful job.”

“The kitchen had no utensils I had to buy pans and paperware. I ask for clean wash clothes and towels and I was told you have to bring the dirty ones down… never heard that in my life. No ice machine so I had to buy that too. Too many dogs on the property! Pitbull’s and other. Huge dogs! To me I think it’s half a shelter and half hotel! The room has a slight smell so I had to by air freshener also. But I mange for my 4 day stay! It was an experience though! Found hair on the tub. The staff was...

“Clean, modern, good location and very courteous front desk staff. However, we had a very early morning departure scheduled and when we went downstairs at 6 the breakfast was not out and it still wasn’t out when we had to leave at 6:30.”

“This Best Western was clean and it was very close to a beautiful park across the street. For sure, I will be going there next time I go to NC . ”

“Positive: Sufficient parking, friendly staff. Negative: - Mattress was not comfortable - No coffee machine in the room. They quickly provided one when we asked, but it was broken - A glance at the cooking range, and we decided not to try that I have stayed in ESA in the past for really extended stays and loved those, so this time we booked it the moment we saw one in the area. This may be the last time stayed there :-(”
