“Very new hotel but the cleaning of the rooms was not the best and the room was very noisy.”

“10/10 all around!! When we came inside after getting our things the staff stopped us and told us we were getting a different room than the one they were giving us to begin with because the AC was broken. They are so sweet”

“Room was clean. Would have liked to know before hand that the pool was closed and weight room equipment was not usable. Nothing worked. The breakfast was ok. Liked that you could make fresh waffles. It was ok for a 1 night stay”

“Great hotel across the parking lot to Carowinds. Walked back and forth a few times to rest during our park days. Great AC, felt like the artic in there. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Plentiful breakfast included.”

“When greeted at the desk, both entering the facility and departing, the staff was wonderful. So helpful and friendly. Couldn’t ask for better treatment. Kudos to those lovely women!”

“The staff was very helpful especially when I needed to extend my stay. The food was good. The bed and pillow were so comfortable. Con: Don't get the room near the pool. Very noisy”

“Staff is not friendly… drove 14 hrs from another state and when I arrived the guy at the front did not even greet me just slid my cards to me…. The pool was cloudy n not clean and my room was not stocked with towels or washcloths”

“The room was acceptable for myself but due to the manual door latch lock being broken, I didn’t feel secure at night sleeping. The door had a lock on the handle part but the other locking mechanism was only half there. The shower water would not shut off completely either. The room was acceptable otherwise and the staff was helpful.”
