“This is a brand new hotel and they've done a wonderful job on stopping street noises from entering the rooms. Perhaps the best I have stayed in for sound. I've been in over 75 different hotels. The area isn't my favorite part of town but it has a good size mall close with currency exchange and a big grocery store. A 5 minute walk. Movie 🍿, restaurants too. “I stayed for 3 weeks (June/July 2025) The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and well managed. The neighborhood is walkable with good location between Laureles and Belen Park areas. There are plenty of dining and cafe options within walking distance. The rooms at the middle and back of the building are especially quiet. I booked a city tour through the hotel.
