“COCKROACHES!! DO NOT STAY HERE. Hilton should be ASHAMED to have their name on this place! we were in room 703 A And B with 9 people and we found cockroaches both alive and dead throughout our stay. We couldn't move rooms they were fully booked. The manager the first night said I can send someone to spray and then uttered this gem ...her words exactly, "hopefully they (the cockroaches) crawl the other way" meaning out of our rooms. “This property is definitely showing it's age.”

“This was the second time staying at Arrive. We enjoyed our stay. They have nice sitting areas around the nicely landscaped property. We played cornhole and sat in the Andirondack chairs and played cards. They have a cute little bar, and the drinks were very good. It is conveniently located and within walking distance to many fun spots throughout Wilmington. We had breakfast in their restaurant. It was quite good.”
