“Clean rooms and great amenities ”

“Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and very accommodating for a last minute decision to stay and unsure if I would need to stay another night due to a road closing and undetermined reopening. The staff tried to help me figure the status of the road closing keeping me from my home. Very kind”

“The property was very nice and the staff very helpful. I do think the photos are a bit misleading. I booked a bay view room from the photos and all the rooms look over a parking lot...then the bay. The rooms are renovated in a bohemian beachy vibe but lack overhead lighting so can be pretty tough to see. Also lack of counter space in the bathroom and storage.”

One area for improvement would be the shower amenities. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash did not have any perforated or tactile markings to distinguish them, which can be challenging for a visually impaired guest.
