“The a/c in our room was barely blowing slightly cool air. Ended up being a very hot uncomfortable night in our room. Main lobby a/c unit was not working either. Manager apparently offered us a $30 refund to our credit card, but no refund ever came on our end. Poor upkeep and customer service.”
