“Floor needed sweeping and mopping. Room looked tired and outdated. Blanket should have been replaced at least five years ago. We did not stay the night but instead moved over to the Holiday Express.”

Stratford refunded the charge, but not the 3% charge for using the card. SHAME on you!!! That’s a bold face lie. My card wasn’t held, it was charged. I’ll be writing the Better Business Bureau about it.”
