Questa casa unica e divertente offre tutti i comfort per la vacanza perfetta che sicuramente ti farà sentire come tornare per soggiorni più lunghi! Questa spaziosa casa dispone di 3 camere da letto al piano superiore con un ponte fuori dalla camera da letto principale con vista sul cortile sereno con illuminazione scenografica.

La casa offre un'ottima atmosfera per stare a casa e cucinare nella nostra cucina pulita e perfettamente funzionante con macchina per il caffè, forno a microonde e tostapane e la comodità di avere due bagni e mezzo. Nei mesi invernali abbiamo molte attività interne, dai giochi allo yoga nella sala biliardo.

Wifi e televisione via cavo su tv al piano di sotto.

Il nostro affascinante cortile offre fuochi nel cortile del barbecue per le notti invernali in cui non si può stare al chiuso.

Nicely decorated, large home. Perfect for my family of 5. Pool was wonderful. Outdoor space was a nice size; the furniture could use an upgrade. Location of home was close to the University.

This house was perfect for our stay in Reno to visit family. It’s very comfortable and was conveniently located to many services. I’d love to come back when it’s warmer and use the pool! Communication with the owner was great! I’d definitely recommend this house for a stay in Reno.

Our family loved this property. Spacious and clean. Neighborhood clean and quiet. House provided amenities to make our stay convenient and comfortable. I brought my own laundry soap and host provided it. Towels were perfect size some places provide smaller and thin ones. Kitchen was stocked with pots pans and all dishwares and eating utensils. There was also comolimentary toothpaste and toothbrushes. Each bedroom had own flat screen. 2 living rooms and spacious refrigerator. Kids loved hot tub and heated pool. My dogs love spending time front yard and backyard. There is a supermarket (Raley’s) cvs, post office, Starbucks, 7-11, gas station, 3mins away. Freeway access is very close. Chipotle, Jamba Juice, Cracker Barrel 5mins away

We are a group of former US Army Paratroopers from the early 1980’s for a ski reunion. The host of the weekend lives right next door to the property and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the house and accommodations. The house was immaculately clean and the bedrooms spacious. The hot tub was fantastic to relax in after a day on the slopes. We are already planning our trip for next year and hope this place is available to us again. AATW

This property was ideal, with an exceptional host. We were visiting Reno for a track meet with our daughter, and the ample space provided ample opportunity for relaxation and recovery after the demanding day on the track. Michelle was an exceptional host, responsive and accommodating. The house was well-equipped with all our necessities and provided ample room for my family. We will certainly consider booking again when there is another track meet in Reno.

This is a second time we rent this property from Michelle. Clean, remodeled, has everything you need for a short vacation. Great location and neighborhood. Host is easy to communicate and very friendly. I am sure we will rent this house again.

The home was great. Beds and couches were very comfy. I enjoyed that all the bedding and towels smelled like detergent. The home is just 2 miles away from downtown and the main casinos. It was easy to get a lyft as well. Theres a few cosmetic things that can be fixed inside the home such as the upstairs bathroom walls. The bathroom in the master bedroom doesnt have a door. Other than that it was a great stay, it was clean and the kitchen is stocked with all the supplies. Its also a very spacious house. We would definitely come back again.

We stayed several nights. This house is in a quiet neighborhood and spacious parking is available in driveway and on street. This would be a great place to stay if you have a larger group. There is plenty of room for all your gear. 3 bedrooms with queen beds, a living room, a family room with an additional bed and 2 couches, 2 full baths and a 1/2 bath, and an outdoor area with a pool and a hot tub. Because we stayed in November we did not use the outside amenities. Check in was easy which was nice. Some minor cosmetic things, but nothing major. The house was clean, thoughtfully decorated, and spacious. We appreciated the games available. We hadn’t played Yahtzee in years and had fun! I would recommend this stay and would definitely stay again. Would love to come back and use the pool.

Excellent place to to stay for a quiet, relaxing getaway. Younger family go to University of Reno and it was close enough for them to visit daily. The hot tub and pool were very well situated for privacy. This place was one of the best that I’ve stayed at, and its location to the Hot Air Balloon races made it perfect.

Cute house with lots of games, pool, hot tub. Great bedrooms. Very clean which i LOVED! Quite neighborhood. Very restful which was our goal. We work too much. The pool was heated which made my stay perfect. Michelle was great to communicate with. Thank you for a great vacation.

We recently had the pleasure of spending a long weekend at a Vrbo rental that exceeded all expectations. Whether we wanted to whip up a gourmet meal or simply enjoy a quiet evening in, everything I needed was right at our fingertips. A standout features was the backyard pool, grilling and sitting area and hot tub. So clean and inviting. The neighborhood was incredibly safe and peaceful, allowing us to enjoy our stay without any worries. There were plenty of local attractions and dining options nearby, but the tranquility of the area made us want to just stay in and enjoy the rental. I would highly recommend this Vrbo to anyone looking for an exceptional stay. It’s the perfect choice for those who appreciate cleanliness, comfort, and convenience in a beautiful setting. Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this place will not disappoint. I can’t wait to return!

This property was absolutely perfect. The hosts were very quick in responses and extremely accommodating. The home was located in a great location. The airport was 15 min away and wal-mart was a 4 min drive. The home was very inviting and comfortable. We will stay here again when we visit.
