“We were referred there by the hospital where my brother is an oncology patient. They wouldn’t give us the hospital discount because I had booked through a third party for a cheaper rate, but we’re happy to add on more charges. After being at the hospital all day we came back late to a room that hadn’t been serviced, so I called for clean towels and was told I had to request service or I wouldn’t get any.
