“Everything was great”

“We were referred there by the hospital where my brother is an oncology patient. They wouldn’t give us the hospital discount because I had booked through a third party for a cheaper rate, but we’re happy to add on more charges. After being at the hospital all day we came back late to a room that hadn’t been serviced, so I called for clean towels and was told I had to request service or I wouldn’t get any. “​I had a wonderful stay at the lodge! The property has a lovely rustic charm, and my room was exceptionally clean. The only downside was that the staff at the front desk weren’t very friendly or welcoming. Other than that encounter, everything else was very good and I really enjoyed my time here.”
