Heat did not work. Host was responsive but did not appear familiar with unit, told us to look for Nest thermostat which did not exist. No visible heat source in bathroom or bedroom other than a space heater. Due to health reasons (unable to tolerate cold) we left and forfeited our payment. To be fair, host offered us another unit in building but all had window mounted air conditioners, windows open in other bottom unit, and we did not trust that conditions would be much warmer. Otherwise unit is as described. Back door was unlocked when we arrived.

3C's: Convenient, cozy, and comfortable!

The three C's above help me gauge my review process, and the property checks all of the boxes. It's located conveniently and centrally so nothing was ever too far away. There's a market right next door in case you're in a pinch for materials too. Onto the living arrangements: the space was plenty for two-- and the kitchen area was surprisingly spacious! Major bonus points for the gas range as well! The bed was amazingly comfortable as well. I prefer a more firm bed with a small layer of give on the top-- and this was precisely that. So often when I travel I expect the first couple of days with some back discomfort to adjust to a new bed, but that was not the case for me here. The bedroom is also well-shaded so the sun can gently wake you up. A fair heads up though: the walls are thin. Bathroom was well-equipped and cozy. Overall, this was a wonderful introduction to Reno. Jeff was extremely kind and responsive to communications as well. Thank you so much!
